From a 30 minute jogging group
to 3 faster running groups.
Training for fun, weight loss or marathons.
All groups run with a coach or experienced team leaders who are on hand to give advice.
Showers, Secure changing rooms are available in our
Dragon Center club house.
The First training session is free to try!
