Next new beginners group

.

 

People wanting to start running for the first time the Absolute Beginners groups starts at the beginning of every new quarter.

 

The next absolute beginners group will start Monday 4th October,
To register for the next beginners group, please email martin@baselrunning.ch

 

The first sessions are free to try  

 

* In order to allow the beginners the best support in learing to jog,  anyone NEW to running and wanting to join the beginners group after the first 2 weeks of the quarter will need to be running at the same level that the beginners group are  at.

 

All other runners above absolute beginners level

can join at any point in the year.

    It is Monday and Thursday nights at 18.30. next one is as above Thursday 01.07.2010.

    Hi there,

    Can you please let me know what level the beginners group is currently at? I was hoping to come along for the first time next week. I’m currently jogging (slowly) for about 40 mins.
