   Hi Sean

   Unfortnatly I dont have at present, but there is a good river run from Basel to near Rheinefelden I will try and map it in the next days for you. You can always come down for a run with us either nights, we have some good level runners who run road as well as the mountin races. Feel free to come along.

   Thank you for making these running routes available! I’m a long distance runner, here in Basel on a business trip for the next two weeks and am looking for suggested routes approximately 15km and 30km in length. I’m sure I can create routes of my own with what you’ve provided, but if you have any recommended loops that would give me a good tour of Basel and surrounding area would be great. Best regards.

   Hi Arjan

   Yes, but you need to find one of the local forests. Lange Erlan and Birsfelden forest both have soft jogging tracks and many forest runs.

   Does there anyplace where run on natural surface ( i mean not asphalt ..i am avoiding hard surface because of my week knee)
